For a summer lunch that is easy to make and not too heavy. You can certainly make this in a larger quantity.

  • 1 salmon, baked, wild-caught
  • 1 c. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • 6 tbs. onion, any type, organic
  • 4 lrg. radishes, fresh, organic
  • 2 celery, fresh, organic

Mix the salmon, tomatoes, onion and radishes together. Add Isabel's dressing stir until paste like. Stuff the celery pieces.
