A very moist chocolaty cake that's super easy to make!
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Mash up the bananas. Mix all wet ingredients together make sure that the coconut oil or butter isn't hot when adding to the rest of the wet ingredients because it will start cooking the eggs.
Mix dry ingredients together using a spatula at first. When the cocoa powder is completely mixed, you can finish with a beater for a couple of minutes. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Move batter to a baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until you put a toothpick in the middle and it comes out dry.
