Cheesy Cauliflower

This is the one cauliflower dish that my kids LOVE! They've liked others, but they really love this one. Hubby & Kid tested! :-)


  • 2 c. cauliflower, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. yogurt, plain, full-fat, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard, organic
  • 1/8 tsp. dill weed, dried, organic
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, organic
  • 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic


Place cauliflower in a steamer basket; put basket in a small saucepan over 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 6-8 minutes or until crisp tender.

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill, salt, and garlic powder.

Transfer cauliflower to an ungreased 3 cup baking dish; top with yogurt mixture and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 5 minutes (approximately) or until heated through and cheese is melted.

As always you can add or take away things to make it suit your tastes. :)
