Green Bean Salad

Spring Side Dish


  • 12 oz. green beans
  • 1 c. cherry tomato
  • 1/2 c. feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. pitted Spanish manzanilla olives
  • 4 radishes, fresh, organic
  • 4 oz. artichoke hearts, unmarinated, organic
  • 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sea salt & black pepper


Add the green beans, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, radishes, cucumber, shallots and hearts of palm to a large bowl. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
