As good or better than what you buy in the store! Use as a dip with shrimp, in stir-fry and noodle dishes, even on pizza crust instead of typical pizza sauce with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, and vegetables.

  • 1/2 c. water, purified
  • 1/2 c. vinegar, red wine, organic
  • 9 indv. stevia, packet
  • 1 tsp. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
  • 1 tsp. ketchup, unsweetened, organic
  • 2 tsp. flour, spelt, whole-grain, organic

  1. Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Stir in Stevia, ginger, garlic, chile pepper and ketchup; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in spelt flour.
  4. Remove saucepan from stove to cool. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
