Great spring dish for breakfast or brunch. Very tasty and pretty to serve!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan with olive oil or cocnut oil, 13x9 is fine, or pretty casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until center does not jiggle. Enjoy!!
Other ideas: use two cups chopped organic spinach in place of the broccoli.
