This is yummy and filling.

  • 1/4 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 3 strawberries, fresh, organic
  • 1 kale, any variety, fresh, organic
  • 2 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1/4 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • 1/4 tsp. maple syrup, pure, organic

Place banana and strawberries in a blender. Add one leaf of kale (taken off the stem) and Greek yogurt. Add coconut milk (start with 1/4 cup and increase as needed to achieve desired consistency) and maple syrup, to taste. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
