Cook Time: 45 Minutes
A delicious and quick brunch or light dinner. Hubby and kid tested. :)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
This is so good and quick to make and you can add more of things or less...or substitute different veggies and cheese etc. :)
My husband ate half of this himself lol so you may need to adjust the serving sizes
