Delicious side dish for lamb or chicken.
Place spinach and chickpeas with 1/2 cup of water to a 2 quart sauce pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Add curry powder, cumin, cayenne and salt, stir and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and stir in yogurt, simmer for another few minutes. Sprinkle a little mixture of spices in before serving. You can always add or subtract spice as desired.
