I had been searching for this recipe. I've had it for years and finally found it in my desk drawer. Why was it there? LOL :) Anyway, this is awesome and I think you'll love it. Hubby and kid tested!
Cook bacon, cool and crumble into smallish pieces.
Combine the spinach, onion, radishes, and bacon in a bowl..
Warm the honey and mustard in a small skillet (for this one I Do use nonstick but you don't have to if you'd rather not) until liquefied, about 2 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and cook until steaming, about 1 minute. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, and sprinkle with the blue cheese.
Once again you could add spices or nuts etc. Whatever suits you! I'm not sure where this recipe came from. I'd hand written it down years ago and I just tweaked it a bit for BD now.
