VitaMix Standard Smoothie

General smoothie recipe, inspired by VitaMix. This is my daily smoothie either for lunch, or post-workout. My ingredients vary each day, but this is a basic layout of what goes in it.


  • 4 carrot, fresh, organic
  • 1/3 c. spinach, fresh, organic
  • 1 banana, fresh, organic
  • 2 c. fruit, frozen, your favorite, organic
  • 1 Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 1 c. ice, pure & filtered
  • 1 c. almond milk, unsweetened, organic
  • 1/3 c. cauliflower, fresh, organic


Blend together all ingredients until desired consistency is reached.
