A delicious BD snack, breakfast, dessert, or post-workout treat that takes less than 5 minutes to create.
Works best if you put milk in first, followed by vegetables, followed by banana, almond butter, protein powder, and then ice... but whatever order works best for your blender (I use my very deeply-loved VitaMix).
-Blend all ingredients until you reach desired consistency (approximately 45 seconds-1 min for me)
*note: you can always add/subtract certain ingredient amounts, according to your taste. (ie. sometimes I'm in the food for more of a nut butter-tasting "milkshake", so I'll add more almond butter, and/or lessen the other vegetables that I include).
