Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Potato Wedges

So much better than just plain potatoes. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 4 med. potatoes, red, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. rosemary, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss wedges with oil, chopped garlic, and chopped rosemary.

Arrange wedges on baking sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes, until crispy brown. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, season with sea salt and pepper, and serve warm.
