So much better than just plain potatoes. Yummy!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss wedges with oil, chopped garlic, and chopped rosemary.
Arrange wedges on baking sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes, until crispy brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
