A quick and delicious gravy to put on many different things. Hubby and Kid tested! :)
Melt butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms until light golden in color. Add arrowroot, sea salt and pepper and mix well. Gradually add chicken broth and white wine (or more chicken broth). Continue stirring and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.
Sometimes I'll add a bit of minced onion when I saute the mushrooms. Even different spices. It just depends what I'll be using the gravy with.
I hope you'll enjoy this. My family really likes this and sometimes all you need is a bit of healthy gravy to really add some flavor to your chicken, etc. :)
