This is a wonderful sauce to plop on top of any meat and salad/veggies to add great flavour! I don't really follow a recipe, I just make it by feel and it always turns out. I will give approximate amounts.

Ingredients

  • 10 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 2 c. whipping cream, heavy, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure

Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan over a high heat, add minced garlic, and saute for about 1 minute. Garlic should not turn brown. Slowly add cream while stirring, until mixture boils. Turn down heat till mixture is simmering and allow sauce to reduce until it is to your desired thickness - stirring often to avoid burning cream. Add salt to taste. Pour over steak, sausages, salad, veggies - anything!! Yum!
