Oats, Nuts, and Seeds Granola

Everyone loves this granola! Add it to plain Greek yogurt with fruit for a tasty breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 2 c. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1 c. coconut, unsweetened, organic
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • 3/4 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 tbs. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 1 c. raisins, organic

Directions

Combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, and cinnamon in a 9x13-inch pan.

Melt the coconut oil, and add in the maple syrup and honey. Add in the vanilla last. Drizzle over dry mixture and mix well.

Bake at 250°F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes. Stir in raisins (or any dried fruit you like) after baking.
