Fruit Salad with Coconut Glaze

Tropical fruit salad with a tasty glaze!


  • 2 c. strawberries
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. grapes, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. peach
  • 1 lrg. banana
  • 1 lrg. red apple
  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c. canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbs. honey, raw
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp. lime juice


Cut the strawberries in half. Chop the peach. Slice the banana and apple.

Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl.

Make the glaze: Combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, extracts, and lime juice. Stir to mix well.

Add the glaze to the fruit bowl and toss to coat all fruit evenly.
