My boss' sister is a health freak and discovered this bad boy. Let me tell you, I tried some black bean brownies before that are not that good, but this recipe is the bomb.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rinse black beans and put in food processor. Process until smooth. After beans are smooth (no lumps at all...or else you will taste them in the cake and it's nasty), move them to a big bowl. Add eggs and honey and mix until smooth. Add in all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Get a medium size pan and use a little bit of coconut oil (plus a little bit of spelt flour if you have it) to grease it up. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
