Healthy Pancakes

Delicious, high protein, breakfast


  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats


Mix egg, cottage cheese, and oats. Cook in a pan as you would a pancake. I top mine with blueberries and maple syrup.

**Tip - If you want a smoother consistency to your pancakes blend the oats first.
