This is my favorite pudding. It's quick and easy to make, especially if you have a tree full of figs as I do at present.
Chop figs into quarters lengthwise and gently fry in coconut oil for a few minutes. Cook both sides. Sprinkle with stevia to taste. Serve with a blob of Greek yogurt.
