Mock Tuna Salad

Tastes and looks like the real thing without the mercury!


  • 15 1/2 oz. chickpeas, cooked, organic
  • 2 tbs. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 2 green onion, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 c. celery, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. mayonnaise, homemade, organic


Rinse and drain the beans. Using a fork, mash the beans in a quart sized bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Thoroughly mix. Store in the fridge. Makes about 2 cups "tuna" salad, so each serving is 1/2 cup.
