Oven Fried Chicken

Warning: You will experience delicious flavors. This chicken is great on its own, on top of a salad, or paired with your favorite pasta sauce to make Chicken Parmesan!


  • 4 chicken breast, skinless, organic, free-range
  • 1/4 c. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs, made from gluten-free bread, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed, ground, organic
  • 1 tsp. paprika, organic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter and pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix breadcrumbs and spices in a wide flat dish. Dip the chicken (I pre-cut the chicken into 3-4 ounce pieces and fillet them) in the butter, then coat with crumbs. Then place back in the 9 x 13 pan. Repeat until all pieces are breaded. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
