Greek Turkey Burgers

These are the first turkey burgers that I have ever liked!


  • 20 oz. turkey, ground, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 sml. olives, black, organic
  • 3 oz. cheese, feta, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1 pinch oregano, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste


Mix together, form six patties. Grill or cook in pan. Don't over cook ( they get too dry). Serve on approved buns, or I just plop it on top of salad greens with a little Vinaigrette. Good stuff.
