This refreshing smoothie is packed with flavor, protein, vitamins and nutrients - great after a workout or jog!

Ingredients

  • 1 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. berries, any type, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia, loose
  • 3 kale, any variety, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned

Directions

Put it all in the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!! The amazing thing is that you cannot even taste the Kale!
