If you're looking for a solution instead of eating just apple cider vinegar and olive oil... try this!
Mash the salt and pepper, grated garlic cloves, and mustard together with the back of a spoon in a bowl.
Then, whisk in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks-ish.
