One of my all time favorite veggie combo's. I love to serve this up with 1/2 cup of rice and 3 oz grilled chicken.
In a large 5 quart metal pot or wok, cook on med heat, to hot pan add olive oil and heat until oil spreads over the bottom of pan. Add veggies, largest quantities first, hold back on the sun dried tomatoes and the bean sprouts until the last 5 minutes of cooking. Cook until the cabbage is tender but not overcooked, the broccoli should retain it's bright green color. I serve 1 cup of the veggie mix with 1/2 cup rice and 3 oz grilled chicken for the non Vegan.
