Cauliflower Salad to Cut Sugar Cravings

A doctor on T.V. suggested some foods to help detox the liver and help cut down on sugar cravings. I added some things to make it BD friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. kale
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1 hndfl. pine nuts
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbs. ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds

Directions

Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix and enjoy. A doctor on T.V. mentioned cauliflower, broccoli, leeks, chives and garlic help with sugar and carbohydrate cravings. Eating these foods help to detox the liver it was mentioned. He said you would see results in one week. Add any other veggies or seasonings as you want.
