Italian Style Haddock

You can use any medium textured white fish such as cod or grouper....


  • 1 lbs. haddock, fresh, wild-caught
  • 1 lemon, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 c. cheese, pecorino romano, any type, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 3 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 4 tbs. parsley, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. wine, white, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry fish, season with salt/pepper.
  3. Grease baking dish with butter.
  4. Chop parsley.
  5. Mince garlic.
  6. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, romano cheese, parsley and white wine and pour over fish.
  7. Bake fish for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with 2-3 tbsp juice from baking dish.
