Breakfast Kale Chips

This is an easy take off on Amy's recipe. Vary it with anything that sounds good.

Ingredients

  • 1 bch. kale, any variety, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 stevia, loose

Directions

Take 3 pieces of kale (enough for one cup) divide into bite sized pieces. Put them on a cookie sheet and drizzle coconut oil. (You can melt coconut butter by putting the jar in hot water.) Add cinnamon. Stevia is optional -- mine didn't need it. Bake at 350 for 5 - 8 minutes. Watch so it doesn't burn. Kale is said to shrink the stomach. I try to eat it as much as possible!
