A great coleslaw without mayo and the worry of spoiling... a hit at any gathering!
Chop all vegetables. Toss cabbage, pepper, onion, and celery. In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, salt, celery seed, and mustard seed. Pour over cabbage. Chill overnight. Stir well before serving.
