This is a quick and easy recipe for chicken fingers/nuggets that my family loves!
Cut chicken into strips. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Combine flour with seasonings in another bowl. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Dip chicken in eggs and then in flour mix, coating evenly. Add breaded chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 8 minutes.
