I invented these out of a desperate need for chocolate! Keep them in fridge for moments of weakness.


  • 1/8 c. flax seeds, organic
  • 1 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 1/2 c. raisins, organic
  • 1/4 c. hazelnuts, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. peanuts, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1 tbs. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix together well, roll into 1-inch diameter balls, and refrigerate. Makes 28 truffles - one serving is 4 truffles. One truffle contains only 1/4 carb and 1/4 protein. Store truffles in the fridge for moments of weakness.
