After Workout Protein Packed Nut Banana Shake

Perfect for after a hard workout as a meal replacement, will keep you full for hours!


  • 2 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 1 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. peanut butter, creamy, raw, organic
  • 1 c. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic


I usually do this in my Magic Bullet but any kind of food processor will work.

Add the banana, peanut butter, protein powder, flaxseed and ice cubes in the bullet cup then fill to the rim with milk. Blend until all ingredients are mixed and drink away! Great fix for a sweet craving as well!
