I cannot live without this dressing! I use it for everything - chicken marinade, salad dressing, tossed with avocado and cherry tomatoes, etc.
Mince garlic into the olive oil. Use kitchen shears to sliver the basil leaves into the garlic and oil. Add the balsamic vinegar to the oil, garlic, and basil; whisk all the ingredients together to emulsify.
