Cucumber Chips are a quick and easy alternative to potato-chips. They have the crunchiness and saltiness of a regular chip without all the calories.
Slice cucumber(s) thin to medium. Lay the pieces out on a platter or cookie sheet and sprinkle with onion powder, black pepper, and ground cumin to taste.
Any of these ingredients can be left out -- you could even just use sea salt if you want. I'm sure there are other spices that would work well on them too.
