Ginger Ale first produced in Belfast Ireland in 1852. This drink is a great probiotic as well as a metabolic booster. To use this recipe you need to first have a ginger plant going.
Boil one liter of water. Add stevia and juice from lemons. Once stevia is dissolved turn off heat and add the rest of the water. Add ginger plant. Pour into plastic bottles.
Store at room temp for one week avoiding direct sunlight. When the bottles are solid place in fridge and enjoy!
