A new twist on frying.
Heat coconut oil in skillet.
Pat dry the flounder fillet, and season with salt and pepper.
Dredge flounder through egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
Place flounder in heated skillet. Brown both sides. Cook until the fillets flake with a fork.
While the flounder is cooking, place salad greens on a plate. Top with cheese, and drizzle with vinegar and oil.
Top salad with fish, and enjoy!
