A creamy flavorful organic chicken noodle soup with spiral brown rice pasta noodles. This is my comfort soup when I'm having a cold day.
Put the chicken broth in a pot then turn it on medium heat. Throw the raw chopped chicken, butter, any seasonings you prefer, bay leaves, chopped green onions, and thinly sliced carrots to the pot. Let everything cook until the chicken is all the way done. If the chicken was frozen it might take longer but it should only take about 10 minutes. Turn the heat down between low and medium. Then cut the creamy Havarti cheese up in small pieces for it to melt easier. Stir the Havarti cheese (about 2 or 3 slices) until it’s completely melted. The broth will have a creamy color look and of course will smell delicious. You can cook the brown rice noodles in another pot or in the same pot. If you cook it in the same pot it will gather the flavor but if you have left overs then its best to separate the noodles and broth before storing it in the fridge. Put in a bowl with some Celtic sea salt and red pepper flakes if you want a little heat and enjoy. If you want a little more flavor or more creaminess then grate some of that Havarti cheese in your bowl and let it melt in. Enjoy!
