Want something reminiscent of a milk shake without the milk? Bottoms up!
The night before you want to make this, peel your bananas and slice them up. Put them on a plate covered with plastic, or just put them in a plastic bag. Laying them out on a plate helps to keep them from sticking together, but they will break apart after freezing most of the time. The next day when they are frozen, put them in the blender with ice cubes, coconut milk (or almond milk), cacao powder, and cinnamon. Blend until consistency is like a milkshake. You can add another 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, almond milk, or coconut milk if it's too thick. This is probably enough for two people. I like to have this either before an intense workout or afterward. You could even add some nut butter if you really like that flavor. I would imagine you wouldn't want to add more than a tablespoon of nut butter unless you just love love love nut butter.
