Great lunch option for Protein types with chicken, apples, celery, walnuts and avocado - what could be better?

  • 9 oz. chicken breast, skinless, organic, free-range
  • 1 apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. celery, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 4 tbs. avocado, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste

Boil chicken breasts for 20 min. or until no longer pink. While chicken is boiling, chop apple and celery. Drain chicken, blot dry and chop into bite sized pieces. Add chopped walnuts, mashed avocado, salt and mix all ingredients. Enjoy!!
