These sweetened little discs can satisfy that sweet craving. Easy to make and by adding optional protein, it can serve as a side or a main dish.
Make lentils ahead of time or right before (adds 20 min. to prep time). Heat wok or skillet on high heat. Add coconut oil. Add lentils and stir until fully coated with oil.
Add pepper, salt and Stevia and continue to stir fry until well mixed.
A 1/2 cup serving gives you 1 carb. Add chopped chicken or fish to incorporate any protein....That's it!
*Vegetarians can count this as 1 protein.
