These are the best brownies ever, and they contain no gluten, no grains, and are very low glycemic index. They are very healthy. And did I mention delicious?
Rinse and drain black beans. Put everything but the chocolate chips and nuts in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour into a greased pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until just set in the center. Cool before cutting.
