Banana Raisin Nut Bread - organic, good for you but tasty too!!


  • 2 indv. stevia, packet
  • 1/2 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 c. banana, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal flour, organic
  • 1/2 c. oil, flaxseed, unrefined, organic
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, your favorite, organic
  • 1/2 c. raisins, organic
  • 1 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic


Directions Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease (with coconut oil or non stick spray) bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except nuts and raisins; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins with spoon. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake @ 350ºF. For 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool another 10 minutes before slicing
