Kousmine-Budwig Breakfast

This is something I have used for breakfast in the past that is really filling and fits this diet so I thought I would share.


  • 4 tbs. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 2 tbs. oil, flaxseed, unrefined, organic
  • 1 sml. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tbs. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 2 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1/8 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 1/8 c. millet, organic
  • 1 c. fruit, your favorite, fresh, organic


Mix the cottage cheese and the flaxseed oil in a blender until you obtain a rich, white, creamy blend. Grind the flaxseed, millet, and oats. Add all the ingredients to the cottage cheese and mix well.
