Excellent vegetarian salad!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. green beans, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. kidney beans, cooked, organic
  • 1 oz. avocado, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.

*For vegetarians: 3 protein, 1 fat
