Super-thin Crust (Pourable) Pizza

This recipe is for a super thin crust pizza that has a thin flavorful crust and is loaded with healthy toppings. Serving size is per 1/4 pizza to round up the numbers.


  • 1 c. flour, gluten-free, organic
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tsp. water, purified
  • 1 tsp. seasoning or spices of your liking
  • 1 tsp. basil, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. oregano, dried, organic
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 2/3 c. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • 4 oz. cheese, any type, raw, organic
  • 3 c. vegetables, mixed, your favorite, organic
  • 6 oz. chicken, cooked, free-range, organic


1.Pre-heat the oven to 400 2.Use olive oil (extra virgin) to grease a 12" pan 3.Stir all ingredients in bowl until smooth mixture. 4.Pour onto the centre of pan , ensure even coating of pan. 5.Bake for 8 minutes. 6.Remove from oven, carefully flip on pan. Lightly oil again. - I dont use sauce. Kids love a light salsa.- 7.Add toppings ( Cheese last ) 8.Cook another 8 minutes. Done. * Adjust cook times to your elevation or oven. Crust might stick if pan isnt coated well or old.
