Chicken and Squash Saute

Yummy and quick for lunch, dinner, or after workout snack


  • 1/2 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/3 c. zucchini, fresh, organic
  • 1/3 c. squash, yellow, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, any color, fresh, organic
  • 3 oz. chicken, cooked, free-range, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste
  • garlic powder, organic to taste


Melt butter in pan on med heat. Toss in zucchini (sliced), squash (sliced), peppers (sliced or chopped) and chicken (cooked and cut into strips or chunks). Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, and lightly saute until warm. Voila! Very satisfying.
