Raw Chocolate Fudge Cake

Courtesey of www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com. This is really good, it great to have a couple bites after dinner if you are like me and crave something sweet. Its so simple but the banana makes it more than sweet enough for me :)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 med. banana, fresh, organic
  • 4 tbs. coconut butter, raw, organic
  • 2 tbs. cocoa butter, raw, unrefined, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure

Directions

Melt coconut butter until just liquid, not hot. Put all ingredients into blender, food processor or magic bullet. Blend very well. Spread into a container or onto wax paper. Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for a few hours. You can keep in the freezer for a few weeks. Thaw for 20 minutes prior to eating. Taste before eating/freezing incase you want sweetener.

I ate my frozen and it was like a banana fugsicle! Yummy!
