Curried Chicken Salad Wrap

A HUGE wrap or sandwich with crunch and lots of legal stuff


  • 1 chicken breast, skin-on, organic, free-range
  • 1 celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 1 apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. onion, any type, organic
  • 1 oz. nuts and seeds, your favorite, organic
  • 2 tbs. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 tbs. vinegar, white wine, organic
  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 2 tsp. curry powder, organic
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tortilla, sprouted whole grain, organic


Combine Yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, curry, syrup and salt and pepper. Put chicken, celery, apple, seeds, and onion in a bowl. Add yogurt dressing ingredients and combine. Put some shredded lettuce on an Ezekiel Wrap. Add half the chicken mixture. Fold over the best you can so that you can get this humungas lunch into your mouth...... and that's a wrap folks!
