Healthy Salad

Dressing included. A very filling and satisfying meal in itself. A perfect vegan dinner.


  • 4 c. greens, mixed, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. alfalfa sprouts, fresh, organic
  • 1/8 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
  • 10 almonds, organic, raw
  • 2 tbs. currants, dried, organic
  • 2 tbs. hemp seeds, organic
  • 1/2 lime juice, pure, organic
  • 1/2 lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 2 tbs. oil, macadamia nut, unrefined, organic
  • 1/2 avocado, fresh, organic


Put greens, sprouts, and chopped herbs into large bowl and toss. Drizzle juice and macadamia nut oil and toss again. Sprinkle chopped almonds, hemp seed, currants, and avocado on top. Toss again if desired.
